We use DHL & FedEx as our shipping partners for orders. We have negotiated special rates which are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Still, there are standard service or expedited shipping for your choice.
Delivery time: We normally ship your ordered items in 2-4 days upon receipt of your payment. For seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, allow us 3-5 days additionally.
Standard transit time:
- Vietnam: 1-2 business days
- US: 10-15 days
- Europe, Australia, and others: 15-20 days
Expedited:
- US, Europe, Australia…: 2-4 days
Order Tracking & Cancellations
Tracking details will be emailed to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped. A signature may be required for registered parcels. If you have any questions in relation to shipping just contact us.
Cancellations
